Experience & Leadership
Building relationships. Leading strategy. Delivering results.
My career has spanned strategic communications, marketing, public relations, sales, and organizational leadership across both the public and private sectors.
While the industries have changed, the foundation of my work has remained consistent: understand the audience, build strong relationships, develop thoughtful strategies, and turn ideas into measurable results.

Director of Sales & Marketing
3DG
Before moving into public education, I built my career in private-sector sales and marketing leadership.
At 3DG, I led a team of 19 sales professionals and oversaw approximately 2,500 accounts representing roughly $31 million in annual revenue.
During my leadership, the organization achieved approximately $5.5 million in revenue growth—about 23%—while expanding the active buying customer base from approximately 500 to more than 1,700 accounts.
Beyond the numbers, the experience taught me lessons that continue to influence my leadership today: listen to your audience, understand what motivates people, use data intelligently, build relationships before you need them, and never lose sight of the people behind the metrics.
The connection between both worlds
My private-sector experience taught me how to think about growth, customers, data, performance, and organizational strategy.
Public-sector communications has expanded that perspective to include trust, reputation, transparency, stakeholder engagement, and community impact.
Together, those experiences have shaped the way I lead today: strategically, collaboratively, and always with people at the center.
