I’m Mandy Pascua, a strategic communications and marketing leader with experience spanning public relations, executive communications, brand strategy, community engagement, marketing, and organizational leadership.

As Director of Marketing & Community Relations for J.O. Combs Unified School District, I lead communications and marketing strategies that connect people, strengthen organizations, and build trust.

My career has taken me from leading multimillion-dollar sales and marketing organizations in the private sector to leading strategic communications in public education—giving me a unique perspective on the connection between communication, relationships, reputation, and results.
